What you will do Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations via telehealth Provide care for substance use and mental health conditions Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions Document all patient interactions in the Healthie EHR system Collaborate with the care team and participate in scheduled team meetings Requirements Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Oregon (Medicaid enrollment is a plus); must also be licensed in your state of residence if different from Oregon At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment preferred; candidates with less than 2 years as a PMHNP but relevant experience will be considered Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (Affect covers costs) Empathy for people facing behavioral health challenges Comfort with technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
