Role Overview:
As a vital member of our expanding Account Management team, we are on the lookout for a results-oriented Senior Account Manager. This position plays a crucial role in our Net Revenue Retention (NRR) model, where each Account Manager is responsible for safeguarding and expanding revenue within their designated portfolio.
In this role, you will oversee a specific book of business, managing the entire renewal and growth lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include cultivating robust customer relationships, driving product adoption, recognizing early expansion opportunities, and maintaining the forecasting rigor necessary for reliable revenue outcomes. This opportunity is well-suited for an ambitious SaaS Account Management professional who excels in a growth-oriented environment and seeks to develop their capabilities for managing increasingly strategic and complex account portfolios.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all renewal processes and outcomes for your account portfolio.
- Achieve strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and maintain over 100% Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Identify and secure incremental expansion opportunities linked to product adoption signals.
- Facilitate customer transitions towards multi-year agreements to enhance long-term retention and account stability.
- Create and sustain foundational account plans focused on customer success.
