Draft and update accounting policies and procedures to align with industry and regulatory standards. Team Leadership Mentor and support accounting and accounts payable teams, fostering collaboration and professional development. Collaborate with the Assistant Controller, Controller, and Vice President of Accounting on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred. Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proven expertise in financial close processes and establishing internal controls. Ability to work across functions to support accurate accruals and budget alignment. Background in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals is considered an advantage.
