Role overview
This Senior Data Analyst position is full-time and remote, supporting a major global client’s Customer Experience function. The role blends technical data analysis with direct collaboration alongside business leaders. Daily work involves handling ongoing data requests, conducting proactive analyses, and contributing to CX strategy. The schedule follows US East Coast hours and US holidays.
What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into clear, structured analyses.
- Develop and refine advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate large, complex datasets.
