As a Software Engineer III at Rise8, you will:
- Collaborate with clients unfamiliar with design thinking, test-driven development (TDD), paired programming, continuous release deployment, and backlog management.
- Educate clients on the rationale behind these practices while remaining adaptable to their preferences, discovering new tools to help them grasp the value of agile software development.
- Learn how your clients prefer to absorb information, receive feedback, and articulate their needs to communicate effectively.
