Role overview The Senior Manager, Factory Testing Engineering, will create and lead the Factory Testing Organization at Form Energy's Weirton facility. This position defines and implements the factory testing strategy, supporting both research and development as well as product development. The role ensures that all manufacturing processes meet strict quality standards and plays a key part in upholding the performance and reliability of Form Energy’s iron-air battery technology as production scales up. What you will do Develop and carry out the vision and strategy for factory testing at the new manufacturing facility. Build and manage a team dedicated to testing and quality assurance. Design and implement systems and processes to maintain high product quality and reliability. Work closely with R&D, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure a unified approach to testing and ongoing improvement. Promote a culture focused on quality and continuous learning within the organization. Location This role is based in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
