We're seeking an ambitious 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join the heartbeat of our organization. In this role, you will be jointly responsible for ensuring the continuity of service for our clients and play a crucial part in maintaining security.


Your Role as a Technical Support Engineer

As a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer, you will work within Nsecure's Customer Support department. Your daily tasks will involve remotely investigating and resolving incidents, answering technical and functional client queries, and real-time detection and resolution of technical issues. Your technical expertise will be central to this position, as you will serve a dedicated group of clients within your discipline. Collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of our environment.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Remotely investigate and resolve incidents;

  • Respond to technical and functional client inquiries;

  • Provide technical support for incident and problem management;

  • Detect and resolve technical incidents in real-time remotely;

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting for internal and external clients;

  • Assist users with application-related queries;

  • Implement small changes remotely for your clients.
