As part of our Go To Market (GTM) team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients on how to effectively utilize and implement our state-of-the-art AI products across their businesses. Our team consists of dedicated professionals in Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnerships, all working together to deliver exceptional AI solutions to a wide audience.
Your Role in Our Mission
We are looking for a dynamic Account Director who will drive transformative opportunities for our clients throughout the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic vision, partnership development, and a focus on delivering value.
In this role, based in Seoul, South Korea, you will work in a hybrid model, spending three days in the office each week, with relocation assistance provided for new hires.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing approximately a dozen key accounts, crafting and executing comprehensive account strategies.
- Guiding enterprise clients through their journey from initial interest to successful AI deployment.
- Collaborating with our solutions and research engineering teams to design and implement complex customer programs.
- Taking ownership of consumption revenue targets and forecasts.
- Analyzing key account metrics to generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors to inform product strategy and corporate objectives.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and engineering.
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Contributing to the development of our company culture.
