Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Director to join our expanding Medical Communications team!

The Account Director for the Scientific and Medical Affairs team will act as the primary client liaison, managing client relationships valued at approximately $2M, providing strategic advice, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects for emerging and mid-stage biotech firms as part of our Biotech Center of Excellence (COE). Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes, proactively recognizing opportunities for account expansion, and effectively managing internal teams.

This is a hybrid role based in our Boston office.
