Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the rail or technology sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in data analysis and strategic thinking. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Executive (AE) at OTIV, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts across Europe, driving business growth and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your role involves engaging with major rail operators, industrial clients, and rolling stock manufacturers, identifying synergies, and transforming them into valuable, long-term partnerships. With a strategic and data-driven approach, you will navigate complex sales cycles and lead contract negotiations with senior executives, ensuring successful partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction. As a vital member of the Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping OTIV's future in the rail industry.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic accounts across various European sectors.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing, with a focus on customer success and long-term engagement.
  • Independently negotiating contracts and managing high-level customer interactions, engaging with C-level executives.
  • Providing valuable market and customer insights to inform OTIV's product development efforts.
  • Conducting product demonstrations at client sites.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Representing OTIV at industry events and trade fairs to enhance visibility and network.
