Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to play a crucial role in establishing our sales function. This strategic position focuses on product-led growth, converting active users into paying customers, expanding usage, and promoting the Extract brand. If you excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technology-driven environment and enjoy cultivating client relationships while driving revenue growth, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass annual revenue targets
Utilize the MEDDICC methodology for forecasting and monitoring sales metrics
Identify prospects among product users, Singular customers, and target accounts to build a robust sales pipeline
Manage the sales process from discovery to customer success, including demos and stakeholder alignment
Develop and oversee partner channel networks to enhance referral opportunities
Implement campaigns to boost customer engagement and revenue
Represent Extract as a product and brand ambassador at industry events
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to optimize growth strategies
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding targets
Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes and Reverse ETL, along with knowledge of relevant buyer personas
Experience in selling SaaS solutions through product-led growth strategies
Proficient in managing multiple clients and projects in a dynamic environment
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
