Your Role

As an Account Executive at Finch, you will be at the forefront of our growth, owning the entire sales process while contributing to the development of our sales infrastructure. If you are passionate about shaping the future of legal tech and want to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

This is a dynamic full-cycle sales position in a fast-paced environment where you will not only close deals but also help define the systems and processes that support our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will evolve as we continue to grow.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial discussions to signed agreements.
  • Transform a rapidly expanding pipeline into strong, long-lasting partnerships with law firm leaders.
  • Establish trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and operations leaders who are reimagining their practice management.
  • Influence Finch's go-to-market strategies by sharing insights from closed deals to refine messaging, processes, and product offerings.
  • Represent Finch at legal technology events and conferences as the industry evolves.

We seek a confident closer who can build systems with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will have the following:

Must-Haves

  • 4–7 years of experience in a closing sales or business development role with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse buyer personas.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with the legal tech space and its evolving landscape.
  • Ability to navigate complex selling environments.
