About the Role
Cultivate and expand relationships with key referral sources, including hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, and discharge planners, to increase patient admissions and extend our market reach.
Utilize market data, penetration metrics, and competitive insights to strategically prioritize high-impact accounts.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in field sales, marketing, or as an Account Executive, ideally within home health care. Candidates with hospice, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or infusion pharmacy backgrounds will also be considered.
For seasoned professionals: established connections with hospital systems or clinical environments.
Self-motivated, competitive, and independent. You take charge of your accounts and are accountable for achieving results.
A focus on data and results. You leverage data to plan your weekly activities, evaluate account health, and determine where to invest your time.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You establish trust and rapport with clinical professionals.
Open to coaching and focused on personal growth. You appreciate constructive feedback, seek clarity on your performance, and actively pursue professional development.
Compensation
Base salary with the opportunity for uncapped performance-based commission directly linked to growth metrics (all referrals delivered). We recognize and reward impactful contributors.
