About the Role
Cultivate and enhance partnerships with referral sources such as hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, and discharge planners, to boost patient admissions and broaden our market presence.
Utilize market data, penetration metrics, and competitive insights to identify priorities and focus on the most impactful accounts.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in field Sales, Marketing, or as an Account Executive, ideally within the home health sector. Backgrounds in hospice, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), or infusion pharmacy will also be considered for qualified candidates.
Self-motivated and competitive nature. You take full responsibility for your accounts and are accountable for achieving results.
Analytical mindset focused on data and outcomes. You employ data to strategize your weekly plans, evaluate account health, and determine where to allocate your time effectively.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You can establish trust with clinical professionals.

Compensation
