As a Sales Executive (x/f/m) for the Berlin/Brandenburg region, you will be pivotal to our growth in the healthcare market. Your persuasive sales skills will help you win over doctors and medical facilities to Europe’s leading e-health platform, actively shaping the future of healthcare.

Your Responsibilities – Shape the Future with Us
- Independent Sales Management: You will oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
- Revenue & Growth: You are responsible for maintaining and growing revenue (MRR) in your region.
- Customer-Centric Consultation: Analyze the needs of doctors, understand their challenges, and inspire them with our digital solutions.
- Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor your performance using Salesforce and leverage data to refine your sales strategy.
Your Qualifications – The Key to Success at Doctolib
- Sales Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in field sales and B2B).
- Acquisition Skills: You excel in acquisition and pitching.
- Energy & Persuasiveness: High energy levels, a passionate sales approach, and a confident, professional demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Results-oriented, highly organized, and focused even in challenging situations.
- Top-Level Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
