Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of proven sales experience in the technology sector, preferably within AI or SaaS environments. Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Role Summary
As we expand Mistral's presence in North America, we are seeking a dynamic Account Executive with a focus on Digital Natives, located in the Bay Area. This role is pivotal in accelerating revenue growth among startups, scale-ups, and mid-market accounts throughout North America. You will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from generating leads to closing deals and nurturing existing customer relationships. Close collaboration with our Solutions, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams will be crucial as you contribute significantly to Mistral’s growth trajectory in the region.
What You Will Do
New Account Acquisition:
• Strategically build and manage a robust pipeline to meet sales targets through a multi-channel approach aligned with account plans.
• Evaluate and qualify sales opportunities to optimize success.
• Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives to transform prospects into long-term clients.
Account Expansion:
• Collaborate closely with Solutions and Application teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
