Fluency in both Japanese and English is required, with the ability to engage in high-level executive conversations and deliver compelling presentations.

As an Account Executive in Japan, you will be at the forefront of driving new business acquisition among small and midsize airlines. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from targeted outreach and initial discovery to contract signing and the first revenue milestone, while developing a scalable and repeatable sales process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Create and qualify a pipeline of potential clients by identifying local and regional carriers, designing outbound sequences, and representing Farel at aviation events to connect with airline executives and commercial leaders.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery workshops, quantify business cases, facilitate solution demonstrations, and navigate multi-stakeholder evaluations for high-value annual recurring revenue opportunities, tailoring your approach to local enterprise purchasing processes.

  • Closing Deals: Take charge of pricing strategy, negotiations, and commercial terms, collaborating with the Legal and Finance teams to finalize contracts and transition clients to Customer Success.

  • Sales Optimization: Analyze sales funnels, conduct A/B testing on outreach efforts, and provide valuable insights to Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to enhance positioning and product development.

  • Market Representation: Act as the public face of Farel at trade shows, airline forums, and partner meetings within key aviation markets, fostering long-lasting relationships and amplifying brand visibility.
