Role Overview:

As an Account Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with high-value Pros, ensuring their ongoing success and growth. Your primary focus will be on supporting existing accounts, driving expansion initiatives, and promoting add-on products to optimize revenue opportunities. Managing a portfolio of approximately 100–130 Pros, you will build strong, trust-based relationships by providing tailored, consultative solutions that align with each Pro's business objectives. Your proactive, customer-centric approach will be key in enhancing retention rates, identifying engagement opportunities, and driving measurable growth within your accounts.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with Pros to boost engagement, satisfaction, and account growth.
  • Act as the primary contact for your portfolio, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and timely follow-up.
  • Facilitate contract renewals by proactively addressing concerns, reinforcing the value of our services, and fortifying long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
