Your Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of around 20 mid-market advertisers, utilizing performance data creatively to drive product adoption, upselling, cross-selling, and client retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite) through effective communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Offer strategic marketing advice to clients to help them reach their business growth targets. Evaluate and enhance marketing channels based on key performance metrics, such as return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and customer engagement, ultimately increasing the lifetime value of clients' customers. Collaborate with sales support teams, including Solutions Engineering, Dynamic Creative, and Optimization departments to optimize online advertising campaigns, while working closely with onboarding teams to foster development, retention, and growth in new partnerships. Partner with the Product team to continuously gather and relay client feedback. Qualifications You Bring: Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or account management within AdTech, media, performance marketing, or programmatic environments.
