Comfortable with data, you are enthusiastic about applying market trend analysis and your growing expertise in the boutique fitness sector to deliver actionable insights to our partners.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, your mission is to ensure the success of our studios and the market you oversee, which includes everything from prospecting new partnerships to upselling existing clients. You will collaborate directly with studio owners and managers within our network to ensure they perceive immense value in their partnership with us.
You will confidently articulate the ClassPass value proposition, demonstrate the utility of our tools, and effectively address partner issues. Additionally, you will advocate for our partners internally, escalating technical issues and communicating their challenges and feature requests through the appropriate channels.
- Become a knowledgeable resource on boutique fitness and wellness within your ClassPass markets, including the competitive landscape.
- Drive revenue and reservation growth within your portfolio and the market you manage.
- Focus on partner retention across the market with quarterly targets.
- Monitor and identify growth opportunities regarding supply health within your markets, emphasizing inventory availability.
- Serve as the local Voice of the Partner, conveying local insights to the country leadership team.
- Establish robust, long-term relationships with partners across a diverse portfolio, encompassing top, medium, and emerging accounts.
