Key Responsibilities
Analyze industry needs and connect Macellan SuperApp with the right partners.
Manage end-to-end sales processes aimed at acquiring new customers.
Oversee post-sales processes to ensure successful launch of Macellan SuperApp.
Understand existing clients' requests and coordinate with relevant teams to follow up.
Regularly measure and improve customer and user satisfaction.
Implement strategies to increase active usage rates of Macellan SuperApp.
Provide training to customers on the use of Macellan SuperApp.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in a similar role preferably in the IT or finance sector.
A keen interest in new technologies and a willingness to learn.
A curiosity about the fintech world and a desire to grow in this field.
Customer satisfaction-focused and solution-oriented.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Possession of a Class B driver's license, able to drive actively, and enjoy being on-site.
