Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships and managing all facets of their accounts. This includes overseeing campaigns from initiation to reporting and billing. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in recommending strategies to meet ongoing client needs and educating customers on our comprehensive product suite to help them achieve their advertising objectives.
Operational Excellence and Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain contact reports, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly office hours, feature updates, and educational sessions.
- Engage in strategic discussions during client interactions (status calls, office hours, QBRs, outings, etc.) and provide regular updates to management.
- Execute and uphold a Strategic Account Plan for all top-tier advertisers, reviewing account status at least monthly, including product usage, spending trends, and performance against KPIs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and client-specific news to proactively offer optimization suggestions and new product opportunities.
- Identify recurring questions, trends, and challenges, and establish action plans to enhance knowledge retention for specific clients.
Customer Retention Initiatives
- Monitor potential churn risks and escalate concerns promptly to the relevant sales personnel and management.
