Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital services, telecommunications, or mobile payment sectors. Demonstrated expertise in project management and account management with telecom operators. Understanding of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), telecom billing, and technical platforms including APIs, integration flows, SMS, and USSD. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, proficient in Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly advantageous. Dynamic, organized, and entrepreneurial personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Able to thrive in a multicultural environment, willing to travel as needed, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently. Possesses strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with both business and technical teams. Results-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to achieving goals.

  • Oversee operator accounts within the designated region, enhancing Digital Virgo's offerings and services.
  • Tailor sales strategies and project timelines to align with local priorities and expectations.
  • Engage with operators, supported by country managers, to continuously improve the terms and conditions of Digital Virgo.
  • Monitor project implementation with the assistance of DV support teams during product and service launches.
  • Coordinate the technical integration with telecom operators and partners for seamless service delivery.
  • Lead the launch of services, optimizations, and troubleshooting in collaboration with both technical and marketing teams.
  • Conduct ongoing benchmarking to identify new market opportunities and streamline existing operations.
  • Generate detailed reports on operational and commercial performance.
  • Track key performance indicators and perform analyses to create accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics.
