As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by enhancing customer engagement with Absorb solutions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Success in this role hinges on a profound understanding of each client's business to align our offerings with their strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder, passionate about sales, with exceptional problem-solving capabilities and outstanding communication and presentation skills. You will be tasked with achieving quotas focused on net retention within your designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the net dollar retention of your accounts through upsells and cross-sells.

  • Negotiate contract renewals with an emphasis on increasing Annual Recurring Revenue and fostering long-term client relationships.

  • Generate and close new opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.

  • Craft proposals and other client-facing documentation to streamline your sales process.

  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships that matter.

  • Effectively manage and report your sales pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Absorb's subscription models to address client inquiries accurately.

  • Engage in team meetings and initiatives aimed at enhancing sales processes and outcomes.

  • Build robust internal relationships to support the client lifecycle.
