About the Role

As an Account Manager focusing on our global markets, you will be instrumental in pioneering and enhancing our commercial strategies across a diverse international customer base. This unique position allows you to influence revenue growth in various markets while collaborating with a passionate and driven team. Your key responsibilities will include driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives within our existing customer portfolio across regions such as the US, Canada, UK, Eastern Europe, and beyond. You will act as a commercial catalyst, identifying and seizing expansion opportunities that contribute directly to Tellent's growth and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets. This position demands a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the ability to work autonomously while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will establish the expansion framework for the Rest of the World (RoW) from scratch, creating tailored campaigns, generating leads, and successfully closing deals with significant ownership and independence.

Your 12-Month Journey

  • First 3 Months: You will immerse yourself in Tellent's offerings, including products, processes, pricing models, and customer requirements. During this onboarding phase, you will undergo commercial strategy training, shadow customer interactions, and begin supporting commercial activities. By the conclusion of this period, you will have a robust understanding of our systems, tools, and essential account management practices.

  • Within 6 Months: By the six-month mark, you will independently oversee your pipeline, driving upsells and cross-sells throughout your international portfolio. You will adeptly manage customer interactions, identify new opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering value and building trust across various markets and time zones.

  • After 1 Year: At the end of your first year, you will have significantly contributed to Tellent's international growth, demonstrating a proven ability to generate expansion revenue. Armed with extensive product knowledge and market insights, you will have developed a scalable expansion strategy for RoW and will be poised to explore advanced responsibilities and personal development opportunities.

  • Expansion Growth: You will own and cultivate expansion opportunities within your international territory, driving growth and value for both Tellent and our clients.
