We are in search of a dedicated Account Manager (Grocery & Retail) to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the growth of our key grocery partners, serving as a consultant to ensure Deliveroo remains a crucial revenue source for global brands.

Your Daily Responsibilities

As a member of the Grocery & Retail team, you will manage relationships with high-volume strategic partners and leading global grocery brands, leveraging data-driven insights to navigate the fast-changing quick-commerce landscape.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Serve as the main consultant for a portfolio of major grocery and retail partners, nurturing deep, long-lasting relationships.

  • Growth Consulting: Utilize data analysis to identify trends, enhancing profitability and growth for both your partners and Deliveroo.

  • Revenue Generation: Generate commercial value through upselling and cross-selling, while identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to create and implement tailored solutions addressing partner challenges.

  • Operational Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, resolving complex issues with professionalism and scalable solutions.
