About the role
As an Account Manager at Xero, you will be at the forefront of fostering and nurturing relationships with esteemed Accounting and Bookkeeping firms across your designated territory. Your expertise will help cultivate and expand the Xero Partner channel through strategic territory management and proactive sales pipeline development.
You will represent Xero at various sales events and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our features to provide unparalleled support to our Partners, empowering them to optimize their strategies and enhance the efficiency of small businesses using the Xero suite of tools.
Team Collaboration:
Join a dynamic, high-achieving team of five, directly reporting to our Partner Sales Manager. This collaborative unit prioritizes and categorizes Partners, sharing critical insights to achieve collective revenue and activity targets. We uphold values of transparency and diverse perspectives, working together to create meaningful outcomes for our Partners.
Initial Focus Areas:
- Managing and prioritizing both new and existing Partners in the North West Sydney region
- Leveraging Salesforce to track call activity and maintain updated Partner information
- Spotting opportunities to develop business plans that lead to larger, long-term agreements within your portfolio
- Boosting the percentage of certified Partners through targeted educational initiatives and re-certification programs
- Encouraging attendance at Xero Sales events and delivering presentations on features and functionality to ensure sustained engagement and product adoption
