About Rapyuta Robotics
Founded in 2014 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich, Rapyuta Robotics Inc. is a pioneering robotics company committed to enriching lives through connected machines. Our vision, 'Empowering Lives With Connected Machines,' drives us to automate 3K operations, enabling individuals to pursue more intelligent and creative work. With approximately ¥10.6 billion in funding, we provide solutions that optimize multi-robot coordination and task allocation through our cloud robotics platform, 'rapyuta.io.'

- Rapyuta ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System): Achieved up to 10 times productivity and 2.5 times storage efficiency (2024 Good Design Award Gold winner).
- Rapyuta AFL (Automated Forklift): Automates pallet transport and integrates seamlessly into existing operations, including night-time unmanned operation.
Role Overview
This position plays a crucial role in delivering value by addressing corporate logistics and management challenges, particularly in the specialized field of robot implementation. You will cultivate long-term partnerships while maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV) as a strategic business partner, primarily targeting enterprise clients such as logistics companies (3PLs) and major manufacturers.
Understanding the organizational structure of target companies, especially the relationship between shippers and 3PLs, as well as complex decision-making processes, is essential for establishing robust relationships with key stakeholders. You will lead continuous project creation and order expansion through comprehensive proposals that view the customer’s logistics strategy holistically. Additionally, you will proactively collaborate with internal technical and operational teams, as well as agents and partners, to explore new markets and regions.
There may also be opportunities for job rotation within the business department, including sales and marketing, positioning you as a potential next-generation leader who will drive the company’s growth from various angles. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
