Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Operate within a call center environment, providing top-notch customer care by greeting customers, asking pertinent questions, and attentively listening to understand their needs.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by accurately documenting call details and new account information in the system, as well as completing any necessary forms for action by other departments.
- Foster customer loyalty by following up with clients post-action acknowledgment from other departments.
- Provide informed responses, solutions, or guidance by interpreting relevant information based on the customer's specific situation.
- Educate customers about billing details, policies, and procedures regarding pricing, billing, and services.
- Perform necessary calculations related to fees and timeframes.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
