Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, account executives, and production personnel on a daily basis to discuss project progress, modifications, timelines, and any additional information needed.

• Collect and verify all job specifications from clients prior to the commencement of production.

• Input comprehensive job instructions into our manufacturing systems and ensure appropriate job scheduling.

• Collaborate with vendors, production teams, and customers to guarantee product quality and timely delivery.

• Identify and resolve customer issues related to jobs by working closely with various departments and suggesting effective solutions.

• Monitor final production runs and completed work to prepare accurate billing documents.

• Contribute to daily production meetings and other initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance.

• Update customer records by maintaining accurate account and job-related information.

• Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Account Services Manager or Sales staff.

• Work with production, warehouse, shipping departments, and carriers to expedite or track shipments.
