Your Role in the StoryThe Security Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall well-being of all guests, employees, and property at LUURA. This position oversees all security operations on the premises, leads the security team, upholds high standards of vigilance, and ensures adherence to safety protocols as well as local legal requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain, and implement security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent operational standards.Conduct and facilitate regular training sessions for all staff on emergency protocols, guest safety, conflict resolution, and property guidelines in alignment with the Security Manager.Monitor and manage access to the property, ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and guest safety policies.Act as the primary liaison with authorities for incidents, emergencies, or investigations, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.Respond promptly and professionally to accidents, incidents, or emergencies, providing immediate assistance and notifying management as necessary.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all security protocols, emergency procedures, fire and safety standards, and legal obligations.Supervise security operations on the floor, ensuring team compliance with policies and providing on-the-spot coaching.Analyze security data, incident reports, and operational gaps to continually improve procedures, risk management, and guest safety.Submit work accident and guest reports to authorities in compliance with local laws and leadership directives.Foster a positive, professional, and vigilant team culture, promoting accountability, development, and motivation.Collaborate closely with other departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office) to ensure seamless operations and guest safety.Prepare management reports on security operations, incidents, staffing, and improvement initiatives.Before Shift:Conduct daily briefings with security staff; assign roles and responsibilities.Review security logs, cameras, and reports from previous shifts.Inspect the property for potential safety or security hazards.During Shift:Be present on the floor, actively supervising security operations as directed by the Security Manager.Respond to incidents, accidents, or emergencies and document appropriately.Support guest safety, ensuring a visible presence in key areas.After Shift:Review incidents and prepare shift reports.Update SOPs as necessary.
