About the Role:
We are looking for an insightful and business-savvy Accounting Manager to join our expanding accounting team. This is a rare opportunity to influence the accounting processes of a rapidly growing, innovative AI company. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, and Deal teams to support and scale our accounting operations.
- Oversee the monthly closing and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with US GAAP.
- Ensure all journal entries, flux analyses, and account reconciliations are reviewed promptly and in alignment with internal controls and team expectations, while maintaining the highest integrity.
- Conduct or review account analyses to identify and explain variances during the closing process, documenting these insights in comparison to previous periods.
- Support and review our payables cycle, including accounts payable and payroll processes, ensuring timely payments to all stakeholders.
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting team, focusing on process improvement, automation implementation, and result analysis to facilitate scalability.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to guarantee knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
