To be considered for this role, you should possess:A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA designation is preferred). A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or team leadership roles. Extensive knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks. Demonstrated experience managing month-end closing and reporting cycles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to financial integrity and accountability.

We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Accounting Supervisor to lead our daily accounting operations, manage financial reporting activities, and enhance team performance. This pivotal role is essential for maintaining financial accuracy, reinforcing internal controls, and providing management with dependable financial insights. The Accounting Supervisor will spearhead a team of accounting experts while working closely with cross-functional partners to refine financial processes and boost operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures, guaranteeing accuracy, punctuality, and adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Examine general ledger transactions, journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Generate and interpret financial reports, management dashboards, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Deliver financial analysis and explain variances to management and operational teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, ensuring performance standards and effective workload management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and corporate governance standards.
  • Coordinate audit engagements and serve as the primary finance contact for external auditors.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements, automation initiatives, and system improvements.
