Job Title: Activity Leader
Join our dynamic team at Fit For Sport as an Activity Leader! This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children within our extended school provisions located in Camden, North West London. At Fit For Sport, we are dedicated to providing schools with engaging services that inspire children to be active while having fun!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging programs and activities using Fit For Sport systems and materials.
• Inspire and motivate children aged 4 to 12 to participate in physical activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and teachers regarding the progress of children's activities to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, clients, and team members at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with children in a school or leisure center setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 1/2 in Sports Coaching, Activity Leadership, or Child Care.
• A valid DBS check is required (can be obtained upon successful application).
