Your Role
As an Activity Zone Facilitator, you will oversee one or more activity zones, ensuring a safe, engaging, and energetic environment for children participating in various activities, such as trick shots, open gym sessions, and sports skill challenges.
Your primary responsibility is to keep children moving, smiling, and improving their skills, while preventing any unsafe behavior and conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Maintain constant vigilance over the zone, addressing unsafe behaviors promptly, enforcing rules confidently, and reporting incidents accurately.
- Maintain Flow: Ensure smooth transitions and high participation, adjusting activities as needed to prevent bottlenecks.
- Boost Energy: Engage with the children by name, encourage their efforts, and maintain an energetic presence.
- Provide Guidance: Offer quick tips and demonstrations to help kids succeed without conducting formal training sessions.
- Build Parent Confidence: Communicate clearly with parents and represent sportyard professionally, assuring them their children are in capable hands.
