Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination and processing of inquiries related to buildings, premises, and infrastructure

  • Collaboration with external service providers and internal departments for optimal site management, maintenance, and updating of location-related documentation

  • Organization and management of professional literature, memberships: ordering, recording, and managing of textbooks, journals, and other relevant media, administration and monitoring of memberships in professional associations and organizations

  • Creation and maintenance of inventory lists using internal software, support for new purchases

  • Assistance with the preparation and follow-up of meetings and discussions

  • General organizational tasks to ensure a smooth daily workflow

  • Participation in projects and special tasks in the administrative area
