Shift Schedule
This role follows a rotating 3 - 4 x 11 shift pattern, alternating Wednesdays.
Shifts available:- Sunday to Wednesday, 1st shift (5:00am - 4:30pm)
- Wednesday to Saturday, 1st shift (5:00am - 4:30pm)
Role Overview
The Advanced Manufacturing Support Technician helps drive daily operations in Advanced Manufacturing, supporting areas such as Metrology, Machining, Anodizing, Assembly, and Cleaning Line processes. This entry-level, hands-on position involves a range of shop floor and facility tasks in a production setting.
Key responsibilities include assisting with CNC machining, performing basic assembly and disassembly, cleaning and hand trimming parts, as well as deburring components after machining. The technician may operate small machines, handle material movement and packing, and perform minor preventative maintenance. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is essential. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are important for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities
- Support machinists and technicians with part preparation, loading and unloading, racking, and material logistics.
- Carry out post-machining activities: deburring, hand trimming, polishing, and cleaning parts.
- Assist with shop floor logistics, including moving parts between work centers and handling shipping and receiving.
- Perform light maintenance and help maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
