The Team
As a vital member of the Specialist Consulting Team at ServiceNow, your role will significantly influence our success by enhancing our Technology Workflows product sales. You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and executive teams to drive revenue growth for one of our most strategic product lines.
Your Role
In this position, you will leverage your technical knowledge and customer service expertise to support IT Operations Management product sales. You will address customer challenges, demonstrate technical credibility, and communicate the value of our offerings. By leading customer discovery workshops and gathering valuable feedback, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, driving product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers/prospects to utilize the ServiceNow IT Operations Management suite, addressing their business and technical challenges.
- Guide clients with innovative insights into the future of ITOM solutions.
- Develop and share best practices and resources to educate colleagues and expedite customer value realization.
