Your Role:

We are in search of an Agency Account Manager (AAM) to take charge of managing and expanding strategic partnerships with agencies. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational success of agency collaborations, ensuring robust engagement, alignment, and revenue performance for all accounts.

You will act as the primary liaison for agency partners, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, empowerment, and growth. This position necessitates exceptional relationship management skills, commercial insight, and the ability to convert partnership insights into actionable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Relationship Management

  • Manage daily interactions with agency partners to ensure deep engagement and alignment.

  • Act as the first point of contact for agency-related inquiries, requests, and RFPs.

  • Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders within agency account teams.

Enablement & Education

  • Organize and conduct enablement sessions, including lunch-and-learns and virtual training, to inform agencies about Demandbase advertising solutions.

  • Support wider agency education initiatives to boost awareness and adoption within partner organizations.

Account Mapping & Visibility

  • Map and maintain agency account teams across clients to guarantee accurate stakeholder engagement.
