Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of high-touch clients, serving as their primary contact for inquiries and concerns through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Encourage the adoption of Compass technology and services by providing personalized support, strategic insights, and conducting group training sessions. Deliver crucial marketing assistance by addressing inquiries, creating marketing materials from templates, such as listing presentations and postcards, and coordinating with marketing specialists for more complex requests. Collaborate with the Onboarding team to strategize and manage the logistics of welcoming new clients to Compass. Assist in ongoing projects including new office launches, national initiatives, and expansion or merger activities. Work collaboratively with other departments to advocate for agent feedback and questions. Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators by providing guidance and managing escalations. Desired Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations. Previous experience in real estate is advantageous. Experience in live or remote training is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise technology (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is beneficial. A passion for supporting and serving clients is essential.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of support including, but not limited to, helping clients navigate Compass, training them on our tools and services, assisting with marketing inquiries, and more. Your enthusiasm for customer service and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience will shine in this position.

Note: This role requires 100% in-office attendance at our Newport Beach office (341 Bayside Dr).
