Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Team Enablement
- Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies while advocating for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to foster clarity and team engagement.
Project & Vendor Management
- Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that deliverables align with scope, quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships by negotiating deliverables and resolving conflicts across various workstreams.
Strategic Planning & Risk Mitigation
- Create project roadmaps, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, lead contingency planning efforts, and escalate issues as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver transparent updates and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Technical & Compliance Oversight
- Assist in requirements gathering, integration planning, and solution validation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent platforms to track progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation encompassing requirements, project plans, decisions, and lessons learned.
Change Management & Collaboration
- Lead organizational change initiatives and facilitate alignment among teams.
- Promote a positive team atmosphere through strong interpersonal skills and effective conflict resolution.
