Requirements:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in Consulting, AI/ML, or Sales is a significant advantage. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role or a related field. Strong ability to logically organize extensive quantitative and qualitative data into structured visualizations, reports, and presentations (analytical, logical, and conceptual thinking skills). Proficiency in influencing and communicating effectively with C-Level executives. A customer-centric approach with a strong service mindset. Highly motivated, accountable, and eager to excel with a readiness to embrace new challenges. Proven ability to multitask, managing and planning multiple tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Thai. High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about leveraging data to revolutionize business practices. Your role will be pivotal in identifying business challenges, formulating proposals, and presenting innovative solutions to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research:
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client contexts, industry landscapes, and technical requirements to enhance presentation pitches.
    • Keep abreast of cutting-edge advancements in Tech, AI, and IT, along with their applications and use cases.
  • Problem and Approach Framing:
    • Assess business cases, anticipate client needs, deconstruct problem statements, and develop hypotheses.
    • Gather and outline requirement specifications, transforming them into business conceptualization and analysis (fit & gap analysis) along with proposed solutions, functional designs, and implementation phases.
    • Collaborate with Graphic Designers to produce top-quality deliverables, including presentation slides, solution plans, functional design documents, test reports, and training materials.
    • Partner closely with the Chief Business Officer and Sales team to manage the AI project pipeline and other assigned projects.
  • Client Management:
    • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
    • Facilitate input collection, organize meetings, and conduct workshops.
    • Manage relationships with clients, including C-Level and Senior Executives.
    • Coordinate with teams to oversee the project pitching pipeline.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including the CEO, CBO, CTO, Chief Data Scientist, Sales, and Tech teams.
    • Lead meetings with various stakeholders and produce clear summaries, findings, and actionable next steps.
    • Oversee resource allocation to ensure high-quality and timely pitching presentations, thus preventing lost opportunities.
    • Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
