Role Overview
Become a vital member of our AI Engineering team, pushing the boundaries of large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will be a multifaceted and entrepreneurial Software Engineer passionate about coding and implementing solutions. Your expertise will not only contribute to software development but will also guide our AI systems in generating code effectively. Collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and design teams, leveraging our resources for ambitious experiments that advance the state of the art. Essential Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, demonstrating a commitment to code efficiency and quality, with direct experience in collaborative software development across diverse teams and environments.
Comfortable contributing to both mature codebases with rigorous CI standards and quickly prototyping solutions to test ideas.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with researchers and bridge gaps between research-oriented and engineering-focused teams.
Experience utilizing data and statistics in practical applications, with an ability to identify and mitigate poor data quality.
A strong curiosity about AI and a passion for its transformative potential in software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Educational background or experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence, particularly with unstructured data.
Experience in environments focused on rapid prototyping.
