What You'll Do1. Account Ownership & Commercial SuccessManage a diverse portfolio of accounts ranging from small to enterprise-sized businesses while driving tangible commercial results. Identify opportunities for expansion, execute renewals, and facilitate upsell initiatives. Monitor AI agent usage and product adoption, proactively engaging with customers who may be underperforming. Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing product adoption.2. Technical Support & Problem-SolvingServe as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and technical challenges within your assigned portfolio. Troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, agent performance, and call quality.
