Position Overview
Lead the strategic execution and enhancement of AI-driven customer support solutions, integrating expertise in conversation design with knowledge management to create outstanding automated customer experiences. This role connects technical AI implementation with business results, ensuring our AI solutions yield optimal benefits in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Implementation
Enhance AI engagement rates, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics significantly
Design and execute thorough AI and knowledge management strategies in alignment with organizational objectives
Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI automation implementation from ideation to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop optimization roadmaps for AI agents
Conversation Design & Optimization
Create tailored conversational AI flows that elevate the customer experience
Utilize AI platforms (notably the Forethought Widget Agent) to design engaging conversational pathways
Rapidly prototype and evaluate AI solutions leveraging data-driven insights
Employ historical data and customer feedback to refine automation processes continuously
Knowledge Management & Content Strategy
Develop and manage content strategies that support the information needs of AI solutions
