Role Overview

In the capacity of AI Team Lead / AI Technical Manager, you will be responsible for steering the vision, architecture, and execution of our AI Agent initiatives while providing mentorship to a skilled team of engineers.

Your contributions will be crucial in establishing a completely new business line, collaborating closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, CTO, and General Manager, to transform innovative ideas into scalable, revenue-generating AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

Own the Vision & Delivery

Lead the design, development, and deployment of a groundbreaking AI Agent platform, focusing on customer service applications.
Create a product capable of scaling to numerous enterprise clients, aiming for ambitious growth metrics (targeting approximately $1M ARR by year-end).
Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
Manage and enhance the AI infrastructure for optimal scalability and performance.

Lead & Grow a High-Performing AI Team

Guide and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers (initially starting with 3, with plans for growth).
Establish effective practices, structure workflows, and eliminate obstacles to maintain high momentum.
Assist in the development and maintenance of reusable AI services to accelerate high-quality development.

Drive Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment

Collaborate directly with the General Manager of the business unit and the Senior Director of AI to align on priorities and deliverables.
Clearly communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Influence decisions through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

Bring Order to Ambiguity

Excel in a fast-paced, fragmented early-stage environment by establishing structure, processes, and reliable execution rhythms.
Define how the team collaborates, plans, and delivers high-quality releases.
