About the job

As an FP&A Analyst apprentice at Avisia in Paris, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer in a leveraged buyout (LBO) setting. This position offers the chance to see firsthand the pace and demands of an LBO environment, while helping to build out the finance function in a collaborative team. Contributions in this role directly influence business decisions and financial structuring.

What you will do

  • Prepare monthly reporting packs for the fund, including profit and loss statements, EBITDA analysis, and budget variance tracking.
  • Analyze operational performance indicators for a consulting firm, such as activity rate, average daily rate, and project profitability, to support management decisions.
  • Support the CFO in monitoring Working Capital Requirements (WCR) and managing cash flow.
  • Document and automate financial processes to help position Avisia for future growth.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from shareholders and management as needed.
