- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for a specific department function, developing insightful reports and providing support to peers.
- Analyze campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console and other retail media platforms, creating actionable plans that align with overall retail business objectives.
- Participate in weekly team scrums and training sessions to continuously expand your knowledge and expertise in the advertising channel.
- Create new training materials for department functions to enhance team capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive business impact, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster strong communication with internal teams and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Utilize AI tools and delegation resources effectively to streamline workflows and improve campaign outcomes.
- Discuss any anomalies or potential issues with management to ensure adherence to client and company standards.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal teams and clients.
