Experience with at least one of the following tools: Sellerboard, Scale Insights, or Sellerise. Comfortable utilizing AI tools on a daily basis, with a commitment to continuous learning. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Experience in affiliate or influencer management is preferred.

They are on the lookout for a skilled Amazon Catalog & Optimization Specialist to collaborate closely with the Founder in enhancing the product catalog, optimizing listings, executing promotions, coordinating with affiliates, and maintaining the overall health of the account.

Role Overview
As a hands-on specialist in Amazon operations, you will be tasked with optimizing product listings, conducting daily keyword and rank tracking, managing promotions, and overseeing account health. You'll also coordinate with affiliates and create standard operating procedures (SOPs). Utilization of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity will be integral in improving efficiency and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon listings using DataDive and industry best practices.
  • Track keyword rankings daily with Datarova and adjust strategies to protect and enhance rankings.
  • Coordinate promotions, deals, and calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Engage with affiliates, manage sample shipments, and follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor account health, respond to seller feedback, and request removal of negative feedback as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and increase productivity.
  • Create and update SOPs for recurring processes.
