Your Responsibilities
Our team focuses on optimizing existing business processes and testing new business ideas in a start-up-like environment, aiming to successfully integrate them into our core operations.
With a strong structural approach and close collaboration across various departments, we significantly contribute to achieving the company's goals.
You possess strong analytical skills, think structurally, communicate clearly, and enjoy making complex processes tangible through data.
You analyze performance, growth, and operations data throughout the entire customer journey, identifying specific levers to enhance efficiency and output in a hyper-growth environment.
You independently retrieve and structure data (e.g., in Excel), building scalable reports and dashboards in Power BI.
You define and refine KPI frameworks, measurement logic, and tracking concepts for both new and existing processes.
You translate complex datasets into clear top management insights and derive actionable recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
You work on venture and development topics within the core business of heat pump solutions, ranging from ad-hoc analyses to structural process optimization.
You identify automation and tool potentials, implementing data-driven enablement solutions for operations.
